Keyser Steelers 44th CAYFL Little Super Bowls champs
SHORT GAP, W.Va. — Javin Duryea and Amonte Turner ran for more than 100 yards in the Division I game, and Ryan Kunis scored in overtime in the Division II game as the Keyser Steelers swept the Cumberland Area Youth Football League’s Little Super Bowl games on Saturday at Frankfort High School.

The Frostburg Mountain Thunder 13U Team recently competed in the Softball Nation 14U National Tournament played at Virginia Beach, Va., from July 22 through July 25, grabbing a 5th-place finish out of 12 teams.

The Potomac Highlands Hustlers, a USSSA 15U traveling baseball team consisting of players from Hyndman, Cumberland, Fort Ashby and Romney won four out of five games over the weekend to bring home the championship of the Crafton Invitational Tournament 15U Showcase near Pittsburgh.

Dolly runs Patriots over Steelers, 44-6
Cody Dolly ran for 200 yards and three touchdowns on offense and had 14 tackles on defense to lead the Personal Best/Hartley’s Pizza Patriots to a 44-6 win over the Keyser Steelers in the CAYFL Little Super Bowl Sunday at Greenway Avenue Stadium.

- Keyser knocks Rams from unbeaten ranks Danny Fife scored the go-ahead touchdown as well as the two-point conversion to lead the Keyser Steelers past the previously undefeated Ridgeley Rams, 16-8, at Alumni Stadium at Tornado Alley.
