Elected officials, business leaders and other Western Marylanders flocked to Annapolis Thursday for the PACE legislative reception, an opportunity for the local leaders to network with state and federal decision-makers. The 36th annual event was held at the Loews Annapolis Hotel. The two-part event concludes today with a breakfast featuring keynote speaker Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown.
