KEYSER, W.Va. — David and Debbie Biddle of Keyser proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Marie Biddle, to Sgt. Devin Michael Piraino, son of Michael and Lisa Piraino, of Burlington.
Nicole is a 2006 graduate of Keyser High School and a 2008 graduate of Potomac State College. She is currently employed with the West Virginia Department of Highways in Burlington.
Devin is a 2002 graduate of Keyser High School and is currently employed with the West Virginia Department of Highways in Burlington. He is a seven-year member of the West Virginia Army National Guards 1/201st Field Artillery in Keyser. Devin is also an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran.
The wedding will take place April 11, 2009. Invitations will be sent.
