Maryland State Police are seeking to identify this man, who allegedly has shoplifted on three separate occasions recently at The Bassin' Box shop at 1068 National Highway.
Police said all three thefts are recorded on the business video recording system.
Theft scheme and theft charges will be filed once the suspect is identified.
Anyone with information concerning the suspect may call Tfc. K.R. Zuzak at the Cumberland barrack at (301) 729-2101.
Note: The first part of the video shows the suspect, wearing the white shirt, putting something in his pocket. The second and third parts of the clip show the suspect close up.
