CUMBERLAND — Alyssia Whitacre had a triple-double with 20 assists, 20 points and 11 aces to go with four kills during Fort Hill’s 3-0 sweep of Keyser Monday evening.
The Sentinels won the first two games by 25-9 scores. The sweep was finalized with a 25-15 win in the third game.
Sierra Minnick added 15 digs to Whitacre’s output, while Sarah Lowery had seven kills and Troie York had six.
The Golden Tornado won the jayvee game 2-0, 25-18 and 25-9. Annie Kesner had 12 points, five kills and four aces, and Faith Nelson had 14 assists, eight points and one ace for Keyser. Danielle Hershiser had five digs and Skylar Barb had four aces for Fort Hill.
The Sentinels (9-1) visit Mountain Ridge on Thursday. The Tornado plays tonight at Northern.

FROSTBURG — Mountain Ridge spoiled Bishop Walsh’s visit to Frostburg Monday evening by sweeping the Spartans, earning earn its eighth win of the season in the process.
Molly Winner had a team-high 21 points with four aces and three kills and Kierstin Miller had 13 kills, six points and six digs. Abbie Lauder led the Miners with 25 assists, eight points and three aces. Ally Simpson had five assists and two blocks for the Spartans, and Meredith Dunn had six digs.
Mountain Ridge (8-2) hosts Fort Hill on Thursday. Bishop Walsh (2-12) gets Northern at home on Thursday.
Allegany 3
Southern Fulton 0
CUMBERLAND — Anya Murray had 20 assists and 11 hits to lead Allegany to its first win of the season Monday evening with a sweep of Southern Fulton.
The Campers won 25-21, 25-10 and 25-17 to earn the victory.
Murray added six kills, six blocks and five points to her total, and Alexis Robinette got 15 hits, eight points, seven kills and three aces. Brianna Benco had a team-high 12 points to go with eight hits, five aces and three digs. Jordan Hare contributed with eight hits, six points, five digs and four kills.
Sydney Thompson had six assists and five hits during Allegany’s 2-0 loss in the jayvee game.
Allegany (1-7) plays Wednesday at Southern.
