Southern’s Shaffer signs with Bridgewater
Alli Shaffer, one of the most prolific offensive players in Southern High School soccer history, has committed to continue her soccer career at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Va.

Patrick Sines drove in three runs for Grantsville Post 214 in an 8-5 win over Prospect, Ohio at the Hillbilly Hardball Classic on Saturday.
Evan Rodeheaver got the win, allowing three earned runs on seven hits in a complete game. -
Shroyer hurls Barrelville ODC to victory
Brandon Shroyer pitched a complete game gem, allowing two runs on two hits with nine strikeouts and three walks for Barrelville Outdoor Club in a 4-2 win over Personal Best in Rec League baseball Monday evening at Dickel Field.
