Six-run 7th seals Fort Ashby victory
Jeffrey Conley, Cody Weese, Jamison Jones and Ollie Douthitt had a pair of hits as the Fort Ashby VFW downed the Times-News, 15-7, in the Rec League regular-season finale for both teams Friday at Frankfort.

WEPCO handed first loss
Two-run innings in the fourth and fifth were the difference for the Times-News as it broke a 5-5 tie to hand WEPCO Federal Credit Union its first loss of the season, 9-5, in Rec League action Wednesday.

Souders’ hit caps wild Times-News comeback
Eli Souders singled home two runs to bring the Times-News all the way back from an 11-2 deficit entering the bottom of the seventh inning, capping off a 10-run rally to defeat Barrelville Outdoor Club, 12-11, Monday in Rec League play at Frankfort High School.

Fort Ashby VFW made its move by scoring six runs over the fourth and fifth innings to take a 7-3 lead, and would go on to win 9-5 Friday against Hite Roofing at Frankfort High School.

Connor O’Rourke tripled in Chris Kendall and Aaron O’Rourke, then scored on Jacob Foreman’s sacrifice fly for a three-run top of the sixth to give the Times-News a 7-5 win over Hite Roofing Wednesday at Bel Air Field.
