SALISBURY, Pa. - Spencer Barnard came through with a bases-loaded double in the top of the seventh inning to lift Sweitzer, Simson and Associates to a 6-5 win over host Casselman Valley Monday evening in Rec League baseball.
Barnard's double cleared the bases and gave SS&A; a 6-4 lead. Casselman scored a run in the bottom of the seventh and had the bases loaded when the final out was recorded.
Kody Lewis and Andrew Sisler had two singles and scored two runs in the win, while Shane Weaver had a double, two singles and an RBI.
Leading Casselman was Neal Kamp and Tyler Southerly with a double and a single. James Baer hit a two-run double, and Richard Vogt drove in one with his double.
Brandon Beachy struck out 12 and walked only two in a complete game loss.
Sweitzer, Simson & Associate (9-6) plays WEPCO tonight at Southern High. Casselman will host KMK Insurance/Personal Best tonight at 7 o'clock.
