CUMBERLAND — The Cumberland Police Department picked up city resident Charles Robert Bauman II, 41, on an arrest warrant Wednesday for allegedly assaulting a female adult at a residence located in the 200 block of East Union Street on Feb. 10.
Bauman allegedly punch-ed the victim multiple times in the face causing her to have a bloody lip. She did not require any medical treatment, police said. Officers were unable to locate Bauman following the incident.
He was charged with second-degree assault and disturbing the peace and was released on his personal recognizance.
