BLOOMINGTON — An alleged domestic assault led to the arrest of a 28-year-old Bloomington man Tuesday.
The Garrett County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Richard A. White Jr. on a charge of second-degree assault. He was jailed at the Garrett County Detention Center pending a bond hearing by a district court commissioner.
Police said White was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 21-year-old man in an incident on Hampshire Avenue in Bloomington.
