KEYSER, W.Va. — A Keyser man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly struck a parked vehicle on C Street, according to the Keyser Police Department.
William E. Zacot, 55, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence and driving with an expired registration when police investigated the 7:18 a.m. complaint.
Zacot posted $3,000 bond for his pretrial release from custody Saturday.
Police said Zacot was driving a Chevrolet automobile in the first block of C Street when he allegedly struck a parked car. The incident was observed by a witness be-fore Zacot was located at a nearby residence where he was taken into custody.
Both vehicles had damage.
Zacot declined medical treatment for a laceration to the leg, police said.
