— DEER PARK — Garrett County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lonnie E. Junkins, 22, Aurora, W.Va., and charged him with driving intoxicated and resisting arrest after they responded to a vehicle accident on Maryland Highway at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
