CUMBERLAND — After responding to a domestic assault complaint on Bowling Street, a man was charged with assault and held on a $8,500 bond, according to the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
Timothy Allen Stewart, 32, of Cumberland was taken into custody and charged with one count of second-degree assault, police said.
