CUMBERLAND — Alleged domestic assault of an Arch Street man led to the arrest of Julie L. Davis, 29, on a second-degree assault charge, Cumberland Police said.
Davis was released on her personal recognizance by a district court commissioner Wednesday following the 6:43 a.m. Wednesday incident.
The arrest was made after officers investigated and observed the victim’s injuries, police said.
