BOSWELL, Pa. — A Boswell man was jailed following a domestic assault incident Sunday afternoon, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
John Matsko IV, 35, was charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief and was held in Somerset County Jail, police said.
The 32-year-old female victim had a bruised and swollen eye and told police that Matsko punched her in the face, pulled her hair and damaged her cell phone during the 3:27 p.m. disagreement at her residence.
