ADDISON, Pa. — An arrest warrant has been issued for a Garrett County man in connection with an assault in a domestic altercation Thursday night in the borough of Addison in Somerset County.
Pennsylvania State Police investigated the 9 p.m. incident in the 7000 block of National Pike in which Carlton Doerr of Accident allegedly dragged the victim out of her vehicle and forced her into his own vehicle. He also reportedly rammed his vehicle into the victim’s vehicle during the incident.
A witness intervened before Doerr fled, police said.
Charges were filed and a warrant was issued for Doerr’s arrest.
