CUMBERLAND — Cumberland Police said that suspects have been identified in a reported strong-armed robbery that occurred on Union Street at about 12:20 p.m. Thursday.
“We’re working it and we have developed suspects. This is not a random act of violence,” said a police spokesman.
Police said a cell phone and money were taken from a female who was reportedly accosted by two other females.
No injuries were reported.
