OAKLAND — An Oakland man was charged with second-degree assault when Garrett County sheriff’s deputies responded to 1147 White Church Steyer Road for a domestic assault complaint Monday night.
Police arrested James Milton Tucker, 54, at about 8:15 p.m. He was released following a hearing before a district court commissioner.
