CUMBERLAND — A St. Leonard woman was detained on a bond of $3,000 Friday after Cumberland Police arrested her on shoplifting charges in the downtown.
Officers report that Stephanie R. Spicer, 27, was identified by employees of a downtown business as having fled a store after being seen concealing items.
