BREEZEWOOD, Pa. — Damion Floyd, 32, Altoona, a passenger in a vehicle stopped for speeding on Interstate 70 Wednesday was charged with numerous drug violations, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Police said Floyd was in possession of a half-kilo of cocaine and $9,482 cash.
