CUMBERLAND — Police broke up a fight at Second Street and Virginia Avenue early Sunday morning, arresting one man on charges of second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Warren Flanagan, 37, of Cumberland, was released on his own recognizance after being arrested around 2 a.m., according to Cumberland Police. Charges are pending against a second man who fled the scene, police said.
