CUMBERLAND — A domestic assault complaint early Saturday on Wills Creek Avenue led to the arrest of a city woman, Cumberland Police said.
Officers were dispatched to the complaint at 12:01 a.m., prompting arrest of Melissa Raye Cook, 26, on a charge of second-degree assault.
Following a bond hearing, Cook was released on her personal recognizance by a district court commissioner, pending trial in district court.
