CONFLUENCE, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a maroon Hyundai vehicle they believe struck a rail fence and then a marquee sign in front of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post about 8:45 a.m. Saturday.
The vehicle should have substantial damage to its side and/or front, according to authorities.
