FLINTSTONE — A Delaware woman who lost control of her vehicle on Interstate 68 near Flintstone on Tuesday evening was injured along with one of her passengers, according to Maryland State Police.
Elizabeth Russick, 23, was driving a 1993 Honda westbound east of the Flintstone Creek Bridge shortly after 7 p.m. when she lost control changing lanes and skidded into the median guardrail, police said.
