CUMBERLAND — A Cumberland woman has been charged with felony theft for allegedly fraudulently cashing the checks of an acquaintance, according to Cumberland Police.
Barbara Sue Flanagan, 31, was being held on $7,500 bail after being arrested on a warrant Saturday, according to a police report. Flanagan was also charged with felony theft scheme.
