KEYSER, W.Va. — Six Keyser residents were arrested on drug charges Thursday following a joint police investigation that began with a citizen’s tip.
The Keyser City Police Department and the Mineral County Sheriff’s Department collaborated in the investigation that led to four arrests in a traffic stop on St. Cloud Street early Thursday afternoon and the raid of a Limestone Road area residence outside the city limits a short time after the traffic stop, police said.

During the drug raid by city police and sheriff’s deputies at the Limestone Road area residence, officers arrested Mark C. Brant, 38, and Joletta Rebovich, 42, on charges of felony possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.
