CUMBERLAND — A Lonaconing man was served an arrest warrant Saturday stemming from a C3I investigation of an alleged theft at the Heritage and Clise coal companies, Cumberland Police said.
William Joseph Duckworth, 30, was charged with two counts theft over $500, and single counts of second- and fourth-degree burglary. He was released later in the day after posting $5,000 bond.
Police said the charges stem from an alleged theft investigation that began July 21.
