Driver charged with DUI
BERLIN, Pa. — Gary L. Strope, 56, Meyersdale, was charged with driving under the influence by Pennsylvania State Police after his vehicle struck a utility pole on state Route 2031 about 5 p.m. Thursday.
Berlin fire and rescue personnel responded.
