City man given prison term in stabbing incident
CUMBERLAND — A 37-year-old Cumberland man was sentenced to serve three years in prison Tuesday in connection with the stabbing of a man in July on Park Street, according to the Allegany County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Timothy Dewayne Moon-ey was sentenced in Allegany County Circuit Court by Judge W. Timothy Finan to seven years in the Maryland Division of Correction with four years suspended as a result of the July 25 incident.
