CUMBERLAND — Sean Moshir Farr, 22, of Cumberland was arrested Wednesday evening in connection with an alleged rape, according to the Cumberland City Police Department and C3I unit.
Farr is charged with attempted second-degree rape, third- and fourth-degree sex offense, second-degree assault and possession of marijuana. Farr was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center and held on $100,000 bond after an appearance before a district court commissioner. That amount was later reduced to $50,000 after a bail review hearing.
