CUMBERLAND — Police say an Oldtown man arrested Wednesday by Cumberland Police was the driver of a vehicle involved in the robbery of Dairy Mart on Oldtown Road last week.
James Edwards Theodore Marshall, 47, was served an arrest warrant charging him with attempted robbery, petty theft under $100 and other charges in connection with the Oct. 22 robbery.
Also charged in the incident is Donna Mae Smith, 39, Cumberland. Police say she reached over the store’s counter and grabbed money from a cash drawer before fleeing in a vehicle. Smith was arrested after reportedly being identified on store surveillance videos.
