FROSTBURG — Police are investigating a series of vehicle break-ins that occurred Thursday morning in the Bowery Street/Park Avenue area.
A number of vehicles were ransacked and various items were taken. Anyone who heard or saw anything unusual in the area is asked to contact Frostburg City Police Department, (301) 689-3000.
