Woman charged in theft scheme
CUMBERLAND — A city woman was arrested and charged with one count of felony theft and one count of misdemeanor theft on Saturday.
Ashley Ann Louise Prince, 22, was charged in relation to an investigation initiated in September when a Baltimore Street business reported money stolen on several occasions. During the investigation a link was developed between Prince and the missing money.
Prince was taken before a District Court commissioner and was released after posting $5,000 bail.
