MOUNTAIN LAKE PARK — Two juveniles were taken to Garrett County Memorial Hospital Saturday following a traffic accident at the intersection of Maryland Highway and G Street.
According to the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle's steering failed, causing it to travel over a curb and into an embankment.
The driver, 41-year-old Connie Schrock of Oakland, was not injured.
Southern Rescue and Oakland Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
