CUMBERLAND — City Police officers on Friday responded to a Union Street business in reference to a follow-up investigation of alleged telephone harassment.
Officers escorted the suspect, Thomas Joseph Warden, 43, of Cumberland, outside where he allegedly be-gan to cause a disturbance. After being warned several times by officers, Warden was placed under arrest.
Warden was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace and released on personal recognizance.
