CUMBERLAND — Rear doors were forced to gain entry Tuesday into a Shriver Avenue residence in the 500 block and a Pulaski Street residence in the 300 block, Cumberland Police said.
The burglary of the Shriver Avenue residence was discovered at about 2:40 p.m.
A Samsung flat-screen television and a Samsung camcorder were reported stolen, police said.
At the Pulaski Street residence — located a short distance from Shriver Avenue — a quantity of copper was reported stolen. The burglary was discovered at about 7 p.m., police said.
Both crime scenes were processed for collection of possible evidence.
