CUMBERLAND — An alleged assault at a Greene Street business early Sunday led to the arrest of a city man, Cumberland Police said.
Jamie Winston Ward, 34, was charged with second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a lawful order. He was jailed on $5,000 bond.
Police said Ward allegedly was involved in an altercation in the business and struck the victim in the side of the head with a bottle.
