CUMBERLAND — Charles Robert Bauman II, 41, Cumberland, was arrested by city police Thursday after a complaint accusing him of assault was lodged at Allegany County District Court.
Police had responded to a call in the 100 block of Greene Street, but officers saw no signs of injury on the complaining female.
Bauman’s bond for the charge of assault was set at $3,000. He was not listed as an inmate Friday morning on the website of the Allegany County Detention Center.
