MCHENRY — Maryland State Police reported that investigation of a domestic assault in the 5800 block of Bittinger Road led to the arrest of one person Friday.
Joseph Barresi, 46, was charged with second-degree assault and was released by a court commissioner.
The victim did not require medical treatment following the 8:55 a.m. incident.
