SOMERSET, Pa. — A Cambria County father and his two sons and a fourth county man are all under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police at Somerset for alleged thefts from the Somerset Walmart.

Cody Allen Miller, 20, and Shaun Michael Maurer, 20, both of Johnstown allegedly removed items valued at $2,014, including televisions, woofers, DVD players and bed linens the evening of Jan. 3, police said.

Miller and his father, Vaun E. Miller, 44, of Conemaugh allegedly stole a big-screen TV valued at $548 on Dec. 28, police said.

The same day, Vaun Miller Jr., 22, of Johnstown was in violation of a written order from Walmart given to him Nov. 21 not to trespass on the property.

Earlier this week, conspiracy theft and attempted theft charges were filed against Maurer and Cody Miller.

Warrants were issued by Judge Kenneth Johnson for Shane Maurer, Vaun Miller and Cody Miller. All three were arraigned by Johnson and released on unsecured bonds.
