CUMBERLAND — A Cumberland man who allegedly walked into the path of a moving vehicle Monday on Greene Street was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries, according to the Cumberland Police Department.
John Temple, 43, walked in front of a vehicle driven by Ethel Ashenfelter, 68, of Ridgeley, W.Va., and was knocked to the ground, police said. Temple was taken to Western Maryland Regional Medical Center by a Cumberland Fire Department ambulance.
