CUMBERLAND — Tracy Malloy, 41, Mount Savage, was charged with two counts of assault by city police who responded to the 600 block of Bedford Street about 7 a.m. Saturday.
Police reported that Malloy is alleged to have struck her boyfriend in the mouth, cutting his lip, and then knocked the phone from his hand when he tried to call for help.
Officers said Malloy allegedly struck and bit the man’s roommate who attempted to intervene.
The victims fled and called for authorities from a neighboring house. Malloy was jailed on a bond of $20,000, but was not listed as an inmate Sunday at the detention center.
