HAGERSTOWN (AP) — A Washington County Circuit Court judge has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol in a collision that caused minor injuries to the other driver.
Sixty-eight-year-old Wil-liam Kennedy Boone III was fined $1,000 Wednesday and sentenced to three years of unsupervised probation. Jud-ge Robert Wilcox, visiting from Anne Arundel County, said he would consider expunging the conviction if Boone completes his first year of probation successfully.
Boone apologized to the 25-year-old victim and said he accepts full responsibility for sideswiping her car on a city street in November.
