GRANTSVILLE — An alleged domestic assault Thursday night on Springs Road led to the arrest of one person, Maryland State Police said.
Timothy A. Kitzmiller, 35, was charged with second-degree assault and was released on his personal recognizance by a district court commissioner.
Investigation of the 9:42 p.m. complaint led to the arrest. Police said the incident followed an argument between Kitzmiller and the female victim, who apparently did not require medical treatment.
