OAKLAND — Investigation of a vehicle crash early Saturday on George Washington Highway led to the arrest of a Mount Storm, W.Va., man, according to the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office
Michael R. Junkins, 54, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and failure to stop after an accident, police said.
