CUMBERLAND — A 20-year-old city man was arrested Saturday night after a disturbance at a Charles Street residence.
Leonard Britton was charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree burglary, re-sisting arrest and disturbing the peace after the 9:30 incident, according to Cumberland Police.
