KEYSER, W.Va. — A Silver Spring, Md., man was was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Martinsburg to 70 months in prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in Keyser.
Judge Gina Groh also ordered four years of supervised probation upon release for Loren Constantine Brown, 43.
Brown entered a plea of guilty Sept. 13 to possession with intent to distribute 88.4 grams of crack cocaine June 28 in Keyser.
Brown was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending designation to a federal institution.
