Burglary complaint brings quick arrest - 01/16

MOUNTAIN LAKE PARK — An Oakland man was arrested Sunday night when Garrett County deputies responded to a burglary in progress complaint on Youghiogheny Drive in Mountain Lake Park.

Patrick J. Nunez, 38, was arrested when deputies investigated the 9:10 p.m. complaint and located Nunez at the scene.

Charged with fourth-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, trespassing and disorderly conduct, Nunez remained in custody Tuesday afternoon at the Garrett County Detention Center in lieu of $1,500 bond.
