CUMBERLAND — Investigation of an assault complaint in the area of Henderson Avenue and Baltimore Street led to the arrest of a city woman Thursday.
Ashley N. Scardina, 28, was charged with second-degree assault before being released on her personal recognizance by a district court commissioner, pending trial in district court.
Police said the victim did not require medical treatment.
