NEW PARIS, Pa. — A man accused by a 17-year-old Bedford County female of raping her when she was 8 has been arrested by Pennsylvania State Police following an investigation.
Gary Dwane Weyant, now 61, was arraigned by District Judge Tonya Osman Saturday and jailed on a bond of of $150,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled on Jan. 9.
